About JJ Wade & Associates
Located in the town of Davidson, NC - home of Davidson College, JJ Wade & Associates was founded in 1992. Jay Wade began his insurance career in 1979 at Westbrook, Norton and Keesler, one of Charlotte's leading independent insurance agencies. BB&T purchased the agency in 1988, and for the next four years Jay continued to grow his client base under the influence of the bank's culture. In 1992, Jay left the "bank" to form what is today The JJ Wade Agency, Inc.
Our agency today is made up of a group of exceptional people who come from many areas of the insurance industry. Most of our team have worked in the rigid, corporate insurance world, and all share the belief: there is a better way to help our clients achieve their goals. Jay's belief in personal service makes us unique. We answer the phone when you call, we call you by name, and most importantly - we help you get what you want.

Our offices are located on the south end of Main Street in Davidson, NC. We are housed in the 100 year-old Mooney's Hardware Building, just north of Town Hall. Street parking is available.
